THE PROTEIN THEORY

(March 2012)

PREAMBLE

Like most scientific assumptions on diet and nutrition, the theory one needs proteins to produce cells, growth, survival and to be healthy, is unscientific erroneous nonsense and has no validity under close examination. They can be damaging to one's well being when unnatural (animal) protein foods are consumed especially in summer, definitely the wrong climatic conditions to eat proteins ever. Protein is needed in the appropriate climatic conditions but not for cellular development, detailed explanation to follow. The fact is that plants are not capable of producing protein until the soil temperature drops sufficiently for them to be able to begin synthesising/developing them and therefore they were only available to mankind for millions of years when the natural environment had the ability to produce them. As the soils get colder so the development of proteins begins to take place in the plants, the colder it gets the higher concentration of protein and also the earlier and greater the diversity of amino-acids they will contain.

PLEASE NOTE I WILL AT TIMES REPEAT WHAT I AM ENDEAVOURING TO CONVEY BUT FROM A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE FOR WHAT I CONSIDER GOOD REASON

THE PRIME REASONS FOR EATING

The human physical body requires one to consume food for three primary reasons namely:

  a. The sustained supply of blood sugar from the consumption of the appropriate type of food, which is determined by the prevailing climate. Hence the importance of eating food at the time nature produces them, and from one's local environment.
  b. To provide the appropriate balance of cation (alkaline) minerals to anion (acidic) elements mainly the ratio of calcium to phosphate to stimulate or slow the cardio-respiratory rate to bring various physiological states of the body into correspondence, with the prevailing environmental conditions namely temperature and moisture.
To stimulate the cardio-respiratory rate when cold and slow it when hot
  c. The appropriate balance of the electrolytes, the sodium to potassium ratio needed to adjust and supply the moisture requirements of the physiological state of the body appropriate to the prevailing climatic conditions namely temperature and moisture.

All the other requirements of the body are provided for as are all of the above when one consumes what is appropriate to do so in the prevailing climatic conditions.

WHAT IS THE PRIME REASON FOR EATING PROTEIN FOODS

Protein needs to be understood firstly as a sustaining source of blood sugar for the colder months when nature produces them and is damaging to one's well being when consumed in the warmer months of the year irrespective of its source. Plants only begin to produce protein when there is a concentrated development of a monosacchride sugar in them to begin with, and are only able to develop them out of the concentrated sugar in them with the increase of phosphate becoming available as the soil gets colder going towards winter. The plants in the process of the accelerated development of this sugar turn it into a protein and under certain climatic conditions into fats, because of the increased availability of phosphate over calcium, and with the release and availability of nitrogen from the soil for it to be able to do so. Neither fats nor proteins are required by the body during the warmer months. So protein and fats as is all the sacchrides (carbohydrates) merely another way that nature stores energy in the form of a hydrocarbon. Sugars and more complex carbohydrates, fats and proteins are all organic hydrocarbons in their natural state, that is before we stuff them up by heating, processing and de-mineralising them.

COOKED FOOD IS DEAD INORGANIC FOOD, DENATURED WITH MOST OF IT'S VITAMINS AND ENZYMES DESTROYED AND AT THE SAME TIME RENDERS UP THE MINERALS IN AN UN-USEABLE IONISED STATE TO THE DETRIMENT OF ONE'S HEALTH

WHY THE PROTEIN THEORY IS A LOT OF HOGWASH

The simple fact that nature does not produce plant material with virtually any protein in them in summer in temperate zones, and virtually nil proteins at any time in the warm tropical zone brings into question the validity of protein consumption been needed for cellular development. What follows even makes the protein theory look more ridiculous and it is obviously childish psycho-chemical nonsense and needs to be abandoned for many reasons.

If protein was required for cellular healthy growth then it would mean we would only grow in winter in the colder climatic zones and in the tropics not at all. Protein will stimulate cellular development but only when combined with physical activity, because of the high phosphate level available increasing the cardio-respiratory rate, pumping the blood more rapidly around the vascular system of the body.

The only logical way to look at protein sourced from flesh, is as a drug, not very different to a steroid, because the main effect of consuming them is the unnatural stimulation of the cardio-respiratory rate they cause. Muscular development that results from a diet high in animal protein by over stimulating the cardio-respiratory is never healthy tissue. The over stimulation of the cardio-respiratory rate is because, beef for instance, has a phosphate to calcium ratio of 27 to 1, when at 30 degrees C the body needs a ratio of 1 to 4. If one does not wish to over burden the organs of the body by consuming flesh then one should eat nuts (mankind's only natural source of protein) grown in the climatic zone one resides in, and obviously only in winter when nature produces them.

Read Diet and Instincts for more in-depth scientific details on the adjusting of the cardio-respiratory rate to bring one's body requirements into correspondence with the prevailing temperature of the environment.

Animal sourced proteins all have the potential of producing cancerous putrefying cellular development when the organs of the body have not been able fully break them down and eliminate them completely from the physical body. Any if any of the protein waste gets lodged in the sacculated folds/convolutions of the colon/large intestinal tract has over time the ability to lead to bowel cancer. Casein, the protein in cows milk makes milk unfit for human consumption and is the prime cause of glandular cancers, primarily because of the body's inability to reduce it to a soluble state. More details why in various other sections.

THE CONTEXT FOR HEALTHY CELLULAR DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH OF THE BODY

The food one eats needs to provide the context, namely the supply and purity of the blood and then it is the physical exercise that induces cellular division and physical growth - the increase in the body's muscle mass. All healthy cells of everything that lives are never produced from a second hand source (the food one eats) they are created from the four atmospheric gases in the blood stream, namely carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen in the process of breathing and not from the protein or anything one eats. Unhealthy cells in the body have always been created by an excess of protein intake, principally from proteins derived from flesh. The biggest animals on the planet build the largest muscular structure consuming a diet almost devoid of protein. The sucrose in the grass and leaves they consume only provides the context, the blood stream and in the process of physical activity cellular division takes place and growth occurs. e.g. Elephants, Cows, Rhino.

IN THE BEGINING

Mankind only made it's appearance on the planet in the Warm Tropical Environment and lived there for millions of years in a physical state, way superior to modern mankind, eating only when and what nature provided

FIRE – THE EMPLOYING OF IT IN FOOD PREPARATION WAS THE MAJOR DOWNFALL OF MANKIND

Only after discovering and employing fire could and would mankind have been able to digress from it's natural diet of fruits, which included melons, berries and nuts, and at times when available possibly honey (concentrated blood sugar when eaten directly from an uncapped comb).

HOW DID THE DOWNFALL OF MANKIND BEGIN

Firstly by adding cooked herbs - vegetables to it's diet. Fire making the contents of nutrients available for absorption because in a raw state mankind is ill equipped anatomically and physiologically to derive much benefit no matter how long or well chewed.
The use of fire made them more pleasant/palatable to taste.

The production and consumption of herbs would not have provided blood sugar when in a raw state, because unlike the herbivorous animals, mankind does not produce a cellulose fibre splitting enzyme, nor did it have the required acid in it's intestinal tract which all the herbivorous animals have to release the nutrients contained in the cellular sacs of their diet of dense fibrous, herbivorous plant material. And on this simple diet, without protein they build more cellular muscle mass than the carnivores – flesh eaters, gramnivores – grain cereal eaters, or the omnivorous eaters.

The consumption of herbs was the first in line of all the foods that mankind began adding to it's natural diet and it was the consumption of them that began the steady decline in mankind's health and lifespan. The consumption of the herbs began the mineralisation of the body and lead to the start of all the degenerative diseases and accelerated the aging process.

Mankind then proceeded to add all that lived but not that which had blood to it's diet - the grains, cereals and tubers. The consumption of them would have accelerated the mineralisation of the body and all of the degenerative diseases from which mankind now suffers. Mankind of all the animal kingdom is the least adapted to eat this group of foods. They are first of the unnatural foods that are recommended to be eliminated from one's diet if one is seeking health and a longer lifespan.

IN THE CASE OF MANKIND CEREALS CONTRARY TO BEING THE STAFF OF LIFE, ARE WITHOUT A SHADOW OF DOUBT 'THE STAFF OF DEATH ' BECAUSE MANKIND IS THE LEAST ADAPTED TO EAT THEM AND IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF ALL THE ACIDIC INDUCED DISEASES OF THE HUMAN BODY

Oats and wheat being the most acid forming, rice being the first choice if one wishes to eat cereals.

Following on mankind then began consuming flesh and dairy. They introduce into the blood stream an unnatural balance and concentration of amino-acids which the organs of the body are not able to break down effectively and eliminate. These organic protein wastes begin accumulating in the body providing the organic context-medium to host all the undesirable germs and bacteria, leading to all the biological diseases mankind now suffers from. When ever they are not fully eliminated, from the body, have the potential of putrefying where they are deposited, leading to the various forms of cancer.

MANKIND'S NATURAL CONSTITUTION

Mankind when living on it's natural diet, did not have any acids in the intestinal tract and did not need them to make their nutrients available for digestion. Present day mankind does have a high acid content, only because it's diet is comprised predominately of acidic foods. A fruit diet does not require any acids in the intestinal tract because after chewing the sugars released from their cellular sac is mankind's natural blood sugar, requiring no processing by the body's organs and not leaving any residual acidic waste to age the body or cause any ill effects unlike the outcome of consuming other types of foods. For an explanation why the acids in the intestinal tract of the majority of mankind are there and which it considers a natural trait of human body, and is referred to as hunger pangs, is in actual fact confirming to one that they are violating the constitution – physiological state of their body and that they are failing to supplying the human constitution with the natural foods it requires and without which one's health begins to decline. Click HUNGER for more information.

WHAT ENSUED FROM THE DISCOVERY OF FIRE

Only after discovering fire did mankind digress from been a purely gatherer and became a hunter and was capable of moving into the temperate Zones and been able to eat flesh. Up until then it was anatomically and physiological ill equipped to consume any other products from nature other than it's diet of fruits which provided all it's nutritional needs and in excellent health. Neither flesh nor any of the herbivorous range of plant material ever formed part of mankind's natural diet.

CLIMATE DETERMINES WHEN AND WHAT THE NATURAL VEGETATION PRODUCES, WHICH IN TURN DETERMINED WHAT AND WHEN ONE WOULD HAVE EATEN.

There are two variables in nature namely the change in the atmospheric and the soils temperature and moisture. They determine what minerals and their balance are available to plants which in turn determines what the plants are capable of producing. Temperature determines whether, when and what types and concentrations they produce, of the simple or complex carbohydrates, fats or proteins. Obviously then, that is when they are appropriate to eat, but only if they are pleasant to smell, sight, touch and taste in their natural raw state for a multitude of reasons as one will discover after studying all the relevant sections pertaining to well being. To eat foods with high concentrations of protein, complex carbohydrates and fats in them is to over heat - over taxes the constitution of the body in warm climatic conditions and makes it's constitution work overtime in order to eradicate them from the system. Not only does it lead to discomfort (hot and sweaty) but also the un-eliminated wastes there from, provides the context for most of the diseases present mankind suffers from, and at the same shortening one's lifespan.

A COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TEMPERATURE CONTROLS ALL PROCESSES IN LIFE IS A MAJOR DETERMINANT IF ONE WANT'S TO STUDY THE SCIENTIFIC OF NATURE LIFE AND MANKIND

It is only when the environment's temperature, mainly the soil becomes colder and colder that provide the necessary condition for the plant kingdom to be able to begin to produce proteins. They are then capable of doing so because of the higher saturation/ratio of the anion element phosphate over calcium available to them as the soil becomes colder. Calcium and the rest of the cations are less and less available to plants as the soil cools down. It is the higher ratio of phosphate and sulphate over the alkaline elements, calcium and magnesium in the protein foods which stimulate the cardio-respiratory rate to keep you warm as the external temperature drops and also because they supply a sustaining source of blood sugar as the liver breaks the protein them down into it's original state from which the plants produced the protein, namely the simple carbohydrates.

Mankind's only natural source of protein are the nuts grown in the locality one resides. Only they can provide a healthy sustaining source of blood sugar appropriate for human consumption in the colder months of the year and at the same time stimulate the cardio-respiratory rate to an appropriate level. Definitely not peanuts which are not a nut, but a legume from under the ground and should be left for the moles and omnivores.

AN OBVIOUS FACT

It is obvious that, if nature does not produce proteins in the warmer months in the temperate zone and very little in plants grown in the Tropics at any time, then one obviously could not have eaten them then. And to eat animal protein especially and for that matter even nuts out of season, in the warmer months is a sure way of adversely effecting one's well being. If one had any level of sensitivity/feeling/consciousness one would realise that on eating nuts and especially red meat in summer one's body was becoming over heated, because of the proteins in them releasing a sustaining supply of phosphate into the blood stream and as a consequence over stimulating the cardio-respiratory rate, shortening one's lifespan and creating an unhealthy physiological state of the constitution. Obviously not desirable when one needs a higher ratio of calcium to phosphate to slow your cardio-respiratory rate to cool one down when the external temperature is hot.

SUMMARY OF SOME OF THE REASONS WHY THE PROTEIN THEORY IS A FALLACY

  • In the tropics, mankind's natural habitat, nature does not produce plant matter with any appreciable quantity of amino-acids (proteins) at any time.
  • Why because it is not possible for the plant kingdom to produce any appreciable amount of protein when the soils are warm because the saturation, the ratio, and availability of the higher cations/alkaline elements over anion/acid elements does not give it the ability to do so.
  • That the colder the soils become the more the ratio of the these two groups of elements moves to predominantly the availability of the acid ones namely phosphate and sulphate thereby inducing the plant kingdom to begin producing proteins out of their carbohydrates.
  • Essentially the need for consuming foods with proteins in them is required for two principle reasons namely:
    a. A sustaining supply of blood sugar as the organs of the body break them down over a longer period than the other types of nutrients produced by nature.
    b. As the body breaks them down they supply a sustaining source of the acidic elements needed to stimulate the cardio-respiratory rate to keep one warm.
  • The largest animals on the planet are herbivorous that consume vegetable matter only, yet produce the greatest cellular mass.
  • In the Tropics nature does not produce any significant amounts of amino-acids – proteins. It is not possible for the plant kingdom to produce any appreciable amount of protein when the soils are warm because the saturation of the cations/alkaline elements over anion/acid elements does not give it the ability to do so.
  • The colder the climate the more nature converts carbohydrates into proteins and fats
  • Nature turns what was originally sugar, a carbohydrate into fats and proteins as a way of storing solar energy. In reverse animals break down their natural diet back into the sugar they were formed from and in so doing supply their appropriate blood sugar.
  • When one chooses to eat protein foods then eat those appropriate to your constitution , namely nuts when they are available from the environment in which one resides and in so doing one's nutritional requirements will be met perfectly without the need to consume any other protein foods. Preferably eat them on their own but they can also be added to vegetable salads and enrich the flavour when grated over steamed vegetables.
  • Only ignorant mankind does not see the obvious: That all other animals eat only one type of food at any given time and have all their nutritional requirements provided. However only if the environment in which they live has not been degraded by mankind.
  • The very fact that nobody has been able to explain how the consumption of protein produces cells is because no such process exists.
  • However the consumption of proteins from an animal source can lead to an uneliminated residue of them accumulating in various organs and tissue of the body. Then the cells of these animal proteins begin to putrefy and become malignant cancerous cells. If one then continues to consume these proteins the conditions has the possibility of becoming pernicious.

THE ONLY WISDOM ONE NEEDS ABOUT DIET AND NUTRITION IS TO OBEY THE CRITERIA BELOW

The obvious is, if one only ate food in it's natural state as nature provided and it passed the test of what was pleasant to smell, sight, touch and taste, then one would need to know zilch about diet or nutrition. and if you obeyed these four criteria/instincts, health and well being would follow after one had prepared the body to do so, that is cleansed the body of all the accumulated wastes from an unhealthy diet.

REPEAT

All one needs to know about diet and nutrition is to eat only that which is pleasant to smell, sight, touch and taste of what nature produces in it's natural state.

There is one thing that I am sure you will not disagree with me and that is the richest asset one will ever have is good health and the vitality to fulfil one's earthly mission.

The Greatest Biologist and Anthropologist of the Twentieth Century was Dr. Alexis Carrel A Research Scientist at the Rockefeller Institute

The Greatest Biologist and Anthropologist of the Twentieth Century, a Noble prize winner who wrote a book “MAN THE UNKNOWN” which belittled the scientific profession across the world by inferring their knowledge of life and the constitution of man was too rudimentary to be of much value. The publishing of this book cost him not just his livelihood, it cost him his citizenship of the U.S.A , and it also cost him his life, why because his knowledge was too dangerous to the vested interests of those who consider the masses as mere means to satisfy their wants.

THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH IS CITED FROM PAGE76 OF “MAN THE UNKNOWN” WHICH GIVES ONE A DESCRIPTIVE EXPLANATION OF HOW THE PARENT CELL THAT WAS ENCODED WITH THE HUMAN GENOME AT CONCEPTION PROVIDED IT WITH THE KNOWLEDGE TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN THE BODY.

"An organ builds itself by techniques very foreign to the human mind. It is not made of extraneous material (food), like a house. Neither is it a cellular construction, a mere assemblage of cells. It is, of course, composed of cells, as a house is of bricks. But it is born of a cell, as if the house originated from one brick, a magic brick (the parent cell) that would set about manufacturing other bricks. Those bricks, without waiting for the architect’s drawings or the coming of the bricklayers, would assemble themselves and form the walls. They would also metamorphose into windowpanes, roof- slates, coal for heating, and water for the kitchen and bathroom. An organ develops by means such as attributed to fairies in the tales told to children in bygone times. It is engendered by cells which, to all appearances, have the knowledge of the future edifice, and synthesise from the substances contained in the blood plasma the building material and even the workers."
Dr. Alexis Carrel also stated the cell was immortal, that if the purity of the blood was maintained the cell had the potential to live forever. For 27 years he kept a group of cells from a chicken heart alive in a test tube with no signs of aging by merely replacing at regular intervals the fluid in which they were stored.

COMMENTS BY BEN ADAMAH

One will notice he states that the cell is not made of extraneous matter, what he failed to say was that cells in any forms of life are bundles of energy, a collation of atoms of the four prime elements nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen and carbon dioxide introduced into the blood stream in the process of breathing. He also missed stating the fact that atoms do not need to be feed, they are self sustaining units of energy.

Further that pure - healthy blood only provides the conditions, merely the context for cellular growth, it then requires physical exertion, the exercising of any group of cells to induces cellular division thereby multiplying the quantity of cells in the group so the body can in the future meet the physical demand of the level of that exertion. That growth is a moulding, adaptation process of the body to what ever it is subjected to from time to time.
Hence the saying:“one will lose that which one ceases to use.”

ONE OF THE MANY TESTS BEN ADAMAH HAS CONDUCTED

The Author proved conclusively that the body did not produce cells and growth from the consumption of protein in 1977/78 when he worked out for four months with some of the body builders who compete in the Mr. Olympia. They were consuming anywhere from 300 to 600 grams and more of protein in a single day, from large steaks, tinned fish, eggs, cottage cheese plus supplementary protein drinks and they put on less muscle mass over the four month period that the Author who was living exclusively on sweet fully ripe watermelon.
He obviously could not compete in the amount of weights they could press – lift, because he was commencing from a very much lower base.
In the four months rate of increase in the weights he lifted was far greater than them. His return rate to be able to do the next set was far more rapid than them, his pulse would barely reach 120 maximum lifting the maximum weights he was capable. It would be back down into the sixties within a minute and drop back into the fifties within 5 minutes.
At a heart rate of 120 to 125 his systolic blood pressure would be between 80 to 85mmHg and diastolic 45 to 48 mm Hg. They were only capable of working out for 40 minutes to an hour and a half whereas he could go on and working out sometimes for three to four hours with not more than minutes between various groups of muscles with no sense of fatigue and repeat the same regime six days a week, week after week.

THE SECRET TO HEALTHY GROWTH

The secret is the state of the purity of the blood and the physical demand one makes on a particular group of cells that initiates cellular division, the multiplication of cells.

Some experts are going to say but Brazil Nuts have protein in them and they grow in the tropics. They only grow in the higher sparse Southern Brazilian plateau, the Mato Grosso, which extends into Northern Peru and Bolivia which definitely no longer has Tropical Winters and hence they now have the ability to produce protein.
