WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION

(March 2012)

INTRODUCTION

Since the end of the last glacial, which ended approximately 10,500 years ago, give or take a couple hundreds years, so called civilised mankind, has strayed further and further away from it's natural lifestyle. It has forsaken the foods that it was endowed/created to eat, and has drifted further into propagating and consuming what the author referred to in and around 1980 as the Three Weapons of Mass Destruction and in the process rendering the planet less and less habitable for a liveable and sustainable future.

ARE YOU ONE OF THE CULPRITS CONTRIBUTING TO ENVIRONMENTAL DESTRUCTION

Anyone who consumes these three weapons of mass destruction is not only harming themselves but more importantly is disregarding the future of the children presently living and all the others to follow. It behoves us to begin to take some responsibility for their future well being by at least abstaining from consuming these Three W.M.Ds and begin replacing the forests that are been destroyed to produce them.

IN BRIEF, WHERE IS THE PRESENT CIVILISATION HEADING

Under the rubric of progress, it is pursuing a fantastic delusion of endless growth which, in its economies, its obsession with mass-urbanism, the proliferation of its population, and in the horrendous examples of technological pollution, is well on the way to ruining the world as a setting for mankind’s habitation.

OVERVIEW OF SOME OF THE EFFECTS OF THESE THREE W.M.Ds

The production and consumption of these Three Weapons of Mass Destruction have been to the detriment of mankind's well being. They are prime cause of the rapid proliferation of the population of the planet, the development of a centralised civilisation with mass urbanisation, an enigma because in supplying it's food requirements and all it's other raw material needs has necessitated the destruction of the natural balance of the ecology of the planet and with it a degenerate society.

In Mankind's ignorance it developed what is now known as agriculture to produce and consume these Three Weapons of Mass Destruction and in order to do so has necessitated the levelling - cleared (denuded the land) of most of the guardians of the earth, the forests of the planet to cultivate the land to produce them and this has disturbed the balance of the Biosphere, and it's long-term sustainability.

The denuding, the loss of tree cover of the planet is the prime cause of the instability of the climate, the droughts, the more and more violent storms, the floods and the rapid destruction of the productive potential of the planet's soils, and before drastic measures were taken in 1983 as a result of the extensive loss of tree cover, the earth was well on the way to bringing on the next glacial. That's right it had reached the stage that another twenty five years and most of the Northern Hemisphere would have been covered in Ice for 90 to 95 thousand years. The Author of this document began informing - sharing the fact that we were well on the way to the next glacial firstly with friends before 1975 and in 1977 was asked to give a lecture at the biggest university in the southern hemisphere the cause of the loss of cloud cover many continents and why exponential growth of ice mass at the polar caps was occurring. The Author of this work was saying that it was a definite sign that this civilisation in it's ignorance was were well on the way to bringing on the next Glacial.

THE WORLD CLIMATE AND THE FUTURE OF THIS CIVILISATION

BESIDES THE LOSS OF TREE COVER WE NOW HAVE ANOTHER DILEMMA THE RAPID INCREASE IN THE USE OF FOSSIL FUELS

The rapid increase of the use of fossil fuels has greatly increased the damage to the Biosphere and in the not to distant future we will be forced to cease using it completely because unless we do, the air won't be fit to breathe, the water won't be fit to drink and it's use is accelerating the depletion of the soil's fertility because of the rainfall becoming more and more acidic.

UNTIL RECENTLY THE TWO PRIME EFFECTS RESULTING FROM THE LOSS OF TREE COVER.

Few people realise that most of the rainfall even in all the rural areas we have tested is now almost 100 times more acidic than before Industrialisation. The Percentage of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere has doubled from what it was before we commenced the agricultural production and consumption of these Three Weapons of Mass Destruction. The irony of this situation is that it has been to the detriment of mankind's well being besides the rapid decline of the fertility of the planets arable lands.

MANKINDS HEALTH

The agricultural production of these three groups of foods in particular, which were never ever part of mankind's natural diet now feature as the predominant part of it, and are the principal cause of the multitude of maladies - diseases from which present mankind suffers. Mankind will for ever remain ill equipped anatomically and physiologically to consume any of them without a detrimental effect to it's well being in whatever way they are grown or prepared for consumption.

MOST OF THE NEED FOR FOSSIL FUELS ARE ONLY REQUIRED IN A CENTRALISED CIVILISATION AND IN A WELL DEVELOPED DECENTRALISED SOCIETY COULD BE DONE AWAY WITH COMPLETELY

In a well designed decentralised community it could function with a desirable and sustainable lifestyle without the need of fossil fuels. It was the use of them and the advent and development of agriculture that gave mankind the ability to develop a centralised civilisation living in cities. All of which the Author kept advising Governments from 1977 until 1983 on different Continents that were not sustainable if there was to be any chance of this civilisation not destroying itself in the not to distant future.

The Author is embarrassed to say, what he is about to say, but unfortunately, as far as he knows, he is the only one with the integrated knowledge to map out a strategy for this civilisation to have any chance of extricating itself from the dilemma it is now facing to it's very survival. The reason why he was asked and delivered the final talk in the first world Conference on Energy and Mankind in the Calgary Convention Centre in 1977 was because of his extensive knowledge. At which conference and many times since has stressed the fact that he has the knowledge to create a liveable and sustainable environment that could feed many times the earth's present population all in good health without the need of agriculture. However it would necessitate mankind having to sacrifice (a life saving sacrifice) most of the life destroying unhealthy habits it is presently believes are essential and under their hypnotic control, and be prepared first and foremost to return to it's natural diet and live according to the healthy needs of it's constitution. Only then will it have any chance of survival and the opportunity to re-continue with it's earthly mission.

THE PAST

Mankind has lived for millions, and based on recent scientific discoveries, probably for tens of millions of years on the planet. Until the last 6 to 8 thousand years the majority of mankind derived all it's food requirements from the natural environment without any labour other than gathering it, as provided by the natural environment in which it found itself. No different to the rest of the animal kingdom.

It is obvious that it would not have been in the environment in which resided to begin with, if it's food requirements were not provided for by it's immediate surroundings, as there was no agriculture at least since the beginning of the last glacial over one hundred thousand years back in time until 6 to 8 thousand ago. Mankind obviously also had no need for transport, nor for that matter, kitchens, refrigerators, stoves, utensils or dining rooms, because it lived in the proverbial garden of Eden, the original meaning of this ancient archetype meant a creative context in which mankind could attain the Nth degree of being.

THE FIRST LAW FOR ANTHING TO COME INTO PHYSICAL EXISTENCE

One of the first laws of nature for any creature to come into existence in any environment, is that correspondence must always prevail, irrespective whether one believes in evolution or the creation theory. Meaning the context, the environment into which it comes into existence always provided it with all it's needs without any physical labour other than the gathering of it. It knew nothing about food production and all the present ridiculous theories on nutrition, it had no need to because with it's natural inborn (Innate instincts) had the infallibility to select what it needed and with this natural wisdom lived in harmony with it's surroundings, and according to more recent scientific research, probably lived happily, disease free for thousands of years. The only reason for it's present limited lifespan and the multitude of maladies from which it presently suffers, is directly related to adopting an un-natural and un-healthy diet and of course more recently a stressful and polluted environment, primarily because we centralised and built cities. Modern mankind could hardly be more ignorant in how to meet it's needs. By the time anyone has finished studying this work, will be one hell of a lot wiser, and have some chance of extricating oneself from the hell hole they presently finds themselves.

THE BALANCE OF NATURE A BASIS FOR HUMAN VALUES
Edited from the Journal of the Centre for Integrative Education in1968

“The “balance” of nature really has to do with the way in which natural processes relate to their environment, namely, through the efficient recycling of energy.”

“Natural communities operate on a current budget of solar energy, deploying it so as to keep the system itself in operating condition, maintaining or even enhancing the capacity of habitat to sustain life. Through variety and complexity, niches are afforded to organisms, visible and invisible, each of which plays their part in sustaining activity. Organic materials produced by green plants out of the raw substances of air, water and earth, are broken down step by step, in elaborate food chains until their components are returned whence they came, once more in usable form.”

“When a natural community succeeds in realising this recycling, it gains a relative equilibrium or “balance” in relation to other communities.” (in the natural world). “The concept of the balance of nature, so conceived, therefore becomes a normative concept for the life of natural communities. Of the many things a natural community must accomplish, it cannot fail to achieve balance in the pattern of its energy utilisation. This is the first law of the morality of nature.”

“Yet mankind’s, of all earth’s creatures, has been the chief perpetrator of ecological disregard. The record of mankind’s misuse of the natural environment is too well documented in both popular and technical literature to need mention here. Suffice to say that the ecological crisis of our time is worldwide. It is rooted in the view of the mankind/nature relationship, is dualistic in holding that the means of technological advance can be derived from nature, but the ends that direct it cannot. Since the consequences of our technological means have produced the ecological crisis, it follows that the ends we have followed are suspect by implication. The search for a new theory of mankind’s relationship to nature, therefore, is centred on a new conception of the ends and values that guide the means we employ.”

“The balance of nature provides an objective normative morality that can and must be utilised as the base/ground of mankind’s values. It serves as the source of all ecological values and is, in other words, a kind of ultimate value. It says in effect to man: “This much at least you must do, this much you must be responsible for. You must at least develop and utilise energy systems that recycle their products back into Nature. Whatever else you attempt, must be consonant with this fundamental requirement”.

IT IS OBVIOUS THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SUCCEED WITH THIS COMMANDMENT OF NATURE IN A CENTRALISED SOCIETY

Dale and Carter wrote a book entitled Top Soil and Civilisation in approx. 1960 which anybody interested in mankind's future should not miss studying which the author of this work covers in brief in the paragraph below.

All the centralised civilisations in the past that did not succeed in fulfilling this fundamental requirement did not survive and ours has only lasted as long as it has because of our use of fossil fuels and mechanical equipment. But it is these very technical achievements which are at the heart of the problem because they have given us the means/ability to mine the planet and destroy the earth”s biosphere on a global scale.

WHEN DID THIS ALL BEGIN

It seems initially many isolated communities across the planet began by expanding the production of their natural diet by intentionally planting the seed of the fruits which was it's natural diet for millions of years before it acquired the unhealthy habit of utilising fire- cooking (obviously not a natural trait of any animal in touch with the requirements of it's physiological constitution), in various forms to prepare – make palatable, other types of natures produce, and as a result, began the decent of mankind into the lost, decrepit and ignorant creature it now is and does not have the remotest clue of how to find it's way back to it's original Super Conscious State of Being.

PROBABLY THE FIRST TO STRAY FROM MANKIND'S NATURAL DIET

Some of mankind, the most notable been the Australian Aborigines, who it seems discovered fire long before most inhabitants on the planet were probably the first to began to consume flesh. In their ignorance they were not aware they were not anatomically or physiologically equipped to partake of it. And also in using fire were probably one of the first major destroyers of the natural environment.

THE THREE WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION (W.M.D) AND SOME OF THEIR EFFECTS ON MANKIND'S WELL BEING.

W for WEAPONS

The “W” stands for wheat which would be better described as the staff of death, rather than products foods produced from them considered the staff of life. Included under W are all the complex carbohydrates, that is all the cereals, grains, legumes and tubers. Mankind is not equipped anatomically or physiologically to consume them in any state without a deterioration in health, early maturity, aging and eventually suffering with one or another of the sacchride diseases. Arteriosclerosis, diabetes, obesity, arthritis, gout, rheumatism, spinal and joint problems and many other diseases. They are the main cause of the rapid increase in the earth's population because the concentration of nutrient in them bring on early physical maturity and an over stimulated un-natural, chronic sexual desire and indulgence. They are prime cause of the exponential growth in the earth's population.

M for MASS

M stands for meat and means all flesh foods. Mankind is the least equipped anatomically and physiologically of all animals to consume flesh foods without having to pay a significant impact on one's health. In order to know more, than what is included in this paragraph, one needs to study the section diet followed by nutrition. The only benefit you may get from say eating beef is because of the extremely high phosphate to calcium ratio which will over stimulate your cardiac-respiratory rate and in so doing possibly give one a greater ability to flee or fight because of the added stimulation of the heart rate from eating it and the increased adrenalin in the blood stream.

BE WARNED

Be warned that the consumption of flesh especially red meat, when it has not been bled before slaughter has a most profound effect on one's psychological well being. It has the potential of producing people that become mindlessness (Alzheimer diseases), maniacs and murderers. Is it not obvious that the majority of mankind are mindless consumers. (Even more obvious, whoever is studying this work does not fall into that category). Wheat, cereals and other highly acidic foods can also have to a lesser degree, the same effect, Hitler was a good example of this even thou supposedly not a flesh eater. Of course the environmental context does have some influence. Flesh is the acute cause of all the diseases (mentioned in the paragraph above) when the undigested proteins in them have not been fully eliminated from the body. The second biggest killer of mankind is when they are eaten in combination with wheat or any cereal - complex carbohydrates. One of the first books to influence the Author's Life was MAN ALIVE YOU ARE HALF DEAD by Dr. Neil Munro in which he stressed the importance of not consuming complex carbohydrate food with protein.

ANOTHER POSSIBLE OUTCOMES FROM EATING FLESH

When meat is eaten in conjunction with dairy products, it provides an excellent source and medium/context for viral and bacterial disease. They can both be a source of viral and bacterial infection in the body but have a far greater potential when combined in one meal, hence the kosher principles on diet. Any un-eliminated, undigested casein (protein) from the consumption of milk provides the ideal context - environment for viruses and bacteria to proliferate and under certain conditions this protein waste in the body can produce/create many of the diseases that we are subject to, without any external contamination. There are many carcinogenic foods but all flesh is the most virulent cause of cancer especially it's ability to cause bowel cancer when some lodges in the sacculated folds of the colon (bowel) and begins putrefying.

In the 60s the Author had a friend, a world renowned writer on health who was a fruitarian and died of cancer. What he did not realise that his main daily meal in the evening, roasted pumpkin, as is all fruit subjected to heat, probably as carcinogenic as flesh, the later first has to begin putrefying while in the body before it becomes a problem. When protein especially red meats with their extremely high levels of phosphate are combined with sugar is the main cause of hyperactive children. To provide a detailed scientific explanations of all of the above is outside the scope of this work at the moment as the Author has other important sections on life and mankind to present on the site.

D for Destruction

The D stands for dairy, the worst effect from the consumption of them comes principally from milk. Most of why one should not include milk at any time in one's diet is covered under the sections Diet and Nutrition. If one chooses to partake of dairy foods one should consider only consuming a low fat cottage cheese or yoghurt. They can be very beneficial but only in limited quantities at appropriate times but never with flesh or cereals. The Muesli recipe formulated scientifically by the Author under Transitional Diets does include a small amount of cold rolled oats with the yoghurt as part of the mix. Mainly to offset the fact that it is very difficult to purchase ripe apples with sufficient simple carbohydrates necessary for the blood. However the quantity included is within the body's physiology to cope with. I strongly recommend this recipe as the main meal of the day.

The Author has decided to add a few other snippets of information to fill the page:

FORESTS : THE GUARDIANS OF THE EARTH

The luxurious forests were the essential means employed by nature in maintaining and enhancing the capacity of the BIOSPHERE to support life on the planet. Most of the carbon in the earth’s crust originated from forests buried by many glacial epochs over millions of years. As a result of this the biosphere became suitable for mankind to make its appearance in the tropical forests of the planet. For millions of years the fruits, nuts and berries from these forests were the ideal and only source of sustenance for mankind.

ATMOSPHERIC CARBON

The development of these forests accelerated the reduction of the carbon in the atmosphere through various biological processes and geophysical epochs on the planet. In so doing these forests created the context, that is they reduced the atmospheric level of carbon dioxide in which it was possible for mankind to make it’s appearance on the planet.
